In My Mailbox (36)/Stacking the Shelves

So this week I've decided to participate in both In My Mailbox and Stacking the Shelves.  In My Mailbox is hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren and Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.  Both give bloggers an opportunity to showcase what they have received in books for the week.

This week is an accumulation of several weeks worth of books.  Ok here we go!

These are ARCs that I have borrowed from some wonderful blogger friends :)

I can't wait to get to the new JK Rowling book!  I have heard mixed reviews but I think this may be because people are expecting a Harry Potter-esque book when in fact this is an adult book.  I guess we'll see how it goes.  I'll let you all know.

I also got a couple other bookish things:

My business cards came in and I'm all set for the Ontario Blogger Meetup in Toronto at the beginning of November!  All the Ottawa bloggers are heading down there in one car for the weekend.  It should be a fun adventure!

I also bought myself a Harry Potter ring.  I am in love with it!

Well that's it for me this week.  What did you get in your mailbox?  Happy Reading!

For all my Canadian readers: Happy Thanksgiving!

  4. My first, and most important, question: Where did you get the HP ring, and can I order it online? Because it is my most awesome-sauce thing I have ever seen.

Okay, onto other things. I have been wanting to read The Name of the Star for awhile now, but still haven't gotten around to it. I really think I will like it, so I need to get on it.

Have fun with all your goodies :)
