IMM/Stacking the Shelves

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren and Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews.  Both memes give bloggers the chance to showcase books that they bought, received for review, were gifted or borrowed from the library.

This week was a slow week for me but that's okay with me because one of my goals this year is to spend less money on books.  Here are my books:

The Storyteller by Jodi Picoult:  I was so excited when Simon & Schuster Canada contacted me and asked me to review the new Picoult book.  She is one of my favourite authors and this book sounds amazing.  It is about a young Jewish woman who befriends an older man.  This man begins to unburden himself by confessing that he a Nazi during WWII.  I have started this book already and it is quite good so far.

Haunted by Kelley Armstrong:  I picked this book up at my local Chapters.  I have read the first three in this series and I own the fourth.  I thought I'd continue to add to my collection.  Who knows when I will have the time to read it but I'm hoping sometime this year.

Well that's it for me.  I can't wait to see what you got in your mailboxes this week.  Happy Reading!
